Fort Worth Alliance - Opening Summer 2025!

We're saddling up and bringing your Urban Egg favorites to Fort Worth!

Fast-growing breakfast concept Urban Egg has announced its first location in Texas, opening in Fort Worth in Summer 2025. Located in North City at 2828 N. Tarrant Pkwy., Urban Egg Fort Worth Alliance will be the brand’s tenth location overall and plans to employ more than 40 team members. The Fort Worth restaurant will seat 120 indoors and feature a patio with 44 additional outdoor seats and a vintage horse trailer-turned-bar.

“We see Fort Worth as the perfect site for our first restaurant in Texas,” said Mark Augarten, CEO of Urban Egg. “The growth of the surrounding communities and daytime eatery guest is undeniable in Fort Worth. We are looking forward to establishing strong relationships with the local community, as well as with local suppliers in both Fort Worth and Dallas. Urban Egg has always sourced locally for items such as coffee, breads, distilleries and artisan foods in all markets as part of our commitment to community and quality in every aspect of our menu.”

As at every Urban Egg location, guests in Fort Worth can expect breakfast, brunch and lunch classics with a modern twist, with a.m. options including crafted omelets, a variety of benedicts, gourmet pancakes with gluten-free options, as well as natural juice blends, coffee, tea, mimosas and cocktails. Those looking for lunch can enjoy a variety of sandwiches and salads with healthier options including Organic Breakfast Quinoa, the Farmers Market Egg White Omelet and a Market Salad with Fresh Melon. Urban Egg also offers private dining and catering options.

“The key to Urban Egg’s success has been the same since we started – locally sourced ingredients, a made-from-scratch mentality and a fresh innovative twist to classics in a warm, inviting atmosphere with genuinely sincere service,” said Randy Price, Founder of Urban Egg. “It has been fun watching the Urban Egg concept evolve over the last 12 years.”

Urban Egg currently spans Colorado’s Front Range with eight locations across Fort Collins, Johnstown, Denver and Colorado Springs, and another on the way in downtown Denver this summer. The brand is also growing in the Kansas City area, with one location in Overland Park and another planned in the metro area for 2025. The company plans to continue with six new locations in 2026, throughout Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Texas.

“We could not be more excited to plant our flag and open our first Urban Egg in this community and bring our incredible team culture to the heart of Texas,” Augarten said.
